St. Paul Pride Festival works toward a future without discrimination where all people have equal rights under the law and in the hearts and minds of each other. We do this by producing a STP Pride Festival, LGBTQIA+ Pride event that inspires, educates, and celebrates our diverse community and world!

We are focused on Workforce Development with our young BIPOC population in St. Paul. STP Pride is prioritizing hiring, training and ensuring young people are learning event planning, city permitting processes and much more. LGBTQIA+ Black youth are some of the lowest represented individuals in the workforce, we are here to do our part in ensuring that changes. In 2023 we invested over $50,000 in supporting youth jobs!

‍Diversity, accessibility and inclusion are essential to STP Pride Festival’s mission of working toward equality for all. We value and celebrate the unique attributes, characteristics, and perspectives that make each person who they are. Our aim is for our leaders, volunteers, staff, participants, attendees, organizational strategies, marketing efforts, sponsors, partners, and events/programs all reflect these core shared values.

As a major event in one of the world’s greenest cities, STP Pride Festival plays a pivotal role in creating a sustainable and green future. Our sustainability stance is a recognition of the unique opportunity we have to practice environmental best-practices.  We want to  minimize our footprint and serve as a model for large events in the City of St. Paul and throughout the world.
