There have been no major changes… this update is most useful to new NON FOOD tent vendors added this week.

STP Pride BLOCK PARTY IS WEEKS AWAY! 

Here are the details on a simple load in/load out and set up. 

(STP PRIDE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EQUIPMENT LEFT OVERNIGHT)

*10 X 10 TENTS CAN STAY UP OVERNIGHT WEATHER DEPENDENT

*Power is NOT provided at the event

*Table and Chairs are NOT PROVIDED this year.

Load In / Load Out: JUNE 14 & 15

Food Trucks & Trailers/VENDORS:

Load in time is between 7:45AM-9:00AM

Food Trucks & Trailers will enter Myrtle street from Raymond and will be assigned a spot to park on the street/myrtle 

*Trucks and Trailer must wait until the event is over to move your trucks- the street will be closed and blocked off by SPPD. SPPD will NOT ALLOW movement while event attendees are exiting the event. 

Load Out Time can begin at: 8:30PM

Sponsors & Non Food Vendors with 10 x 10 Tents:

Load in time at 8:15am - 

*You can drive into dual citizen parking Lot from Myrtle- you have 10 mins drop off materials and move your car to nearby street parking.  

Load out time at 8:30pm 

*Must wait until event has concluded and attendees have been released to load out and drive in. 

*Important to note, the parking near by is very good, getting there will help you secure close street parking after dropping your materials.
